Air resistance that matches your effort

Both machines use a flywheel with an adjustable spiral damper, so resistance responds to how hard you pull. The harder you work, the more resistance you feel, and the damper lets you fine-tune the feel for sprints, steady endurance sessions or technique work.

Durable rower, easy storage

The RowErg supports users up to 500 lbs and uses a 54 in aluminum monorail within a footprint of about 96 in x 24 in. It separates into two pieces for upright storage without tools, making it practical to keep in a home gym where floor space matters.

Flexible SkiErg mounting

The SkiErg can be wall-mounted or used on its floor stand, standing about 85 in tall on the stand. Its standing double-pole motion trains the upper body and core, pairing naturally with rowing to create varied, full-body conditioning sessions and circuit workouts.
