Jackery Explorer 5000 Plus

Overview

Whole-home backup power with room to grow

The Jackery Explorer 5000 Plus is a large-capacity power station built for whole-home backup, RV setups and off-grid living. It delivers both 120V and 240V power from a 5040Wh LiFePO4 battery, so you can keep heavy appliances and well pumps running through an outage, then recharge from the wall or from a solar array.

• ✓ 5040Wh long-life LiFePO4 battery
• ✓ 7200W output at 120V and 240V
• ✓ Up to 4000W solar input
• ✓ Expandable up to 60kWh

Feature 01

Built for heavy appliances

With 7200W of rated AC output and dual 120V/240V support, the Explorer 5000 Plus can power demanding loads such as well pumps and large appliances. An L14-30 30A outlet sits alongside four 20A household outlets, giving you flexible ways to connect both everyday devices and high-draw equipment during an outage.

Feature 02

Chemistry made to last

The 5040Wh lithium iron phosphate battery is rated for 4000 cycles to 70% capacity. LiFePO4 chemistry is known for its thermal stability and long service life, which makes it well suited to a backup system you expect to rely on for years of regular charging and discharging.

Feature 03

Fast solar and wall charging

Recharge from up to 4000W of solar input to stay powered off the grid, or plug into the wall and charge at 1800W for a full recharge in about 3.5 hours. Flexible charging means you can top up between outages or keep running on sunlight during an extended event.

Feature 04

A system that scales with you

Start with a single unit and expand as your needs grow. The Explorer 5000 Plus connects with additional Jackery units and batteries for a total capacity of up to 60kWh, letting you build anything from a dependable RV setup to a substantial home backup system over time.
