The Miller Multimatic 220 AC/DC is a portable multiprocess welder that handles MIG, flux-cored, AC/DC TIG, and stick welding in one machine. Feature 01

Four processes in one

Switch between MIG, flux-cored, AC/DC TIG, and stick welding without changing machines. AC TIG capability is what allows clean welds on aluminum, while DC TIG, MIG, and stick cover steel and stainless, so a single unit can take on a broad range of fabrication and repair work.

Feature 02

Power where you need it

The welder delivers output up to 230 A in MIG and 210 A in TIG. Using the multi-voltage plug, it runs on either 120V or 240V input, so you can work from a standard household outlet for lighter jobs or switch to 240V for thicker material.

Feature 03

Flexible wire feeding

The wire feeder handles .024 to .035 inch solid wire and .030 to .035 inch flux-cored wire. Solid wire with shielding gas produces clean welds in the shop, while flux-cored wire is useful outdoors or on the farm, where wind can disrupt gas coverage.

Portable and fully equipped

At about 56 lb, the Multimatic 220 AC/DC is light enough to move between the shop, the barn, and the job site. It arrives with a MIG gun, TIG torch, foot control, electrode holder, and regulators, so you are ready to work across every process.
